Caspe has invested in high-performance steel processing machinery for the manufacturing of its metalwork. This allows us to carry out all the processes and operations necessary for the creation of high quality finished products for the civil, industrial and infrastructural sector.

## Our industrial machinery

Our production departments are equipped with a series of high-performance machinery for steel processing:

- UHD plasma sheet metal cutting machine, up to thicknesses of 30 mm, with a 6000×2000 mm bench;
- Automatic shear for metal sheets, up to thicknesses of 20 mm, on lengths up to 3000 mm;
- Automatic band saws for profile cutting;
- Sheet metal bending machine with controlled angle CNC system, on lengths up to 4200 mm, up to 250 T;
- Pulsed arc welding machines for sheets and profiles;
- 6-axis FANUC anthropomorphic welding robot for welding series products;
- Positioner robot for waterproof pipe welding;
- Liquid painting plant with suction and filtered floor, with a surface area of 150 square meters.

## Our metal processing capabilities

Our specialized staff is able to carry out all the most important steel processing procedures, as needed for the construction of metal structures:

- Sheet metal cutting , plasma or shearing;
- Profile sawing;
- Sheet metal bending ;
- Sheet metal drilling;
- Assembly of metal structures and carpentries;
- Welding of sheet metal and pipes by TIG, MIG-MAG and submerged arc;
- Painting.
