If compared with similar concrete structures, in fact, they have significantly lower costs and can be built and installed in much shorter times. Their usefulness is also evident, both in civil construction, where they can expand the walkable space in an apartment, and in industrial warehouses, where they allow the for full use of the height typical of such structures by creating additional usable space.
Of course, a mezzanine has absolutely stringent requirments for strength, durability and safety. For this reason, for any installation, work begins with an accurate inspection carried out by our expert technicians, during which, in addition to offering their advice on materials and technical specifications, they also personally carry out all the measurements and surveys necessary for the construction of the mezzanine metalwork.
Subsequently, the work moves to our workshops, where all the components of the supporting structure and the walkable part of the mezzanine (which can be made of sheet metal panels as well as special electro-forged gratings are entirely manufactured, finished, and tested with integral pre-assembly . This allows our technical department, which follows every phase of the work, to give absolute guarantee of the quality of the complete mezzanine.
Once construction is complete, our technicians complete the work by going on-site for the final installation of the mezzanine.
