ELECTRO-FORGED GRATINGS
Caspe produces electro-forged gratings for all types of civil buildings.
Electro-forged gratings represent one of the most requested iron works in civil metalwork. They are, in fact, a very versatile product, which can be manufactured in dozens of variants depending on application and can be used both as a constituent element of a fence and as a walkable panel, and placed as a cover a floor-level access as well as an element of a mezzanine. The fundamental characteristic of electro-forged gratings is their sturdiness, which constitutes the first guarantee of their safety and which is ensured by the correct combination of bearing plates.
In the manufacturing of electro-forged gratings we always start from a careful evaluation of the specific needs of the customer and the installation conditions of the panel, so as to build a finished panel capable of supporting the loads and performing the functions for which it was designed; a process in which our long experience in the manufacture of all kinds of civil metalwork helps us greatly.
The actual construction of the gratings is then carried out in our workshop, under the careful supervision of our internal technical department. Cutting, welding and assembly, as well as all finishing operations, are controlled by our internal quality department, which guarantees their perfect realization.
